Being able to work with Elmhurst has been a true pleasure. They were a must for a venue spotlight, not only because of their picturesque grounds along with their light and airy banquet room, but their amazing staff as well. With over 100 years of experience at planning weddings, you are in good hands.

Tell me a little bit about your venue?

Our venue is a newly renovated banquet hall with a wall of windows overlooking our picturesque grounds. Intimate and removed from the city noise, our banquet room features an elegant vaulted ceiling with refinished pine beams that add both a touch of warmth and sophistication to any event. Our room is neutral in tone, and capable of holding events from 40 guests to 200.

What do you feel makes your venue unique?

What sets us apart from other venues is our dedication to impeccable service and our fantastic cuisine. Elmhurst is not only a beautiful and scenic venue, we also pride ourselves on having the best service staff out there, with a first class kitchen to match. It is our priority that your event exceeds your expectations in every way.

How do you like working with your brides and grooms?

Our staff at Elmhurst genuinely love hosting weddings. Working with the brides and grooms in 2016 has been an absolute pleasure, and we look forward to continuing to create and host dream days in 2017!

If you could give a bride and groom a piece of advice when choosing a venue what would it be?

When choosing a venue for your wedding day, we believe you need the full package. You want a venue that is going to have beautiful grounds for photos, amazing food to offer , a beautiful room you can decorate to your vision, and last but certainly not least: supportive, professional and dedicated service staff to piece it all together. Don't settle for less than the best!

What is the best part about working with Dream Day?

The best part about working with Dream Day is their customer service. Dream day staff has been absolutely phenomenal for us at Elmhurst. They go out of their way to aid and accommodate not only our brides and grooms bur our staff as well, even after hours or last minute. They are very efficient, professional and provide first class service.
